Free Canadian delivery (2-6 business days):

Standard orders placed before 4pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 3-5 business days absolutely free.**

Tracking my order:

All orders are sent fully tracked. You'll receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

Things to know:

  • For your security, we’re unable to change the address your order is being sent to, so make sure you double-check the delivery address on the order confirmation page before placing it.
  • We recommend not shipping to a PO box as parcels can often be rejected.

    RETURNS: 

    This returns policy is separate to the money-back-guarantee policy.

    We do not accept returns for non-faulty items. This is because we are unable to resell items that have been returned to us, regardless of their condition. Therefore, please ensure that you have made any enquiries before purchasing and are confident you wish to use the capsules.

    If your item is faulty, you will be eligible to choose between a replacement or a refund. Faulty items must be declared within 14 days of purchase.
